Discovering Family History Treasures in the National Archives:
What, Where, How, and Why
Date: September 11, 2023

Speaker: Marilyn Simleness
Have you ever wondered what our National Archives could have that would be of interest to you and your family’s history?
Marilyn’s presentation will provide useful information about the types of records held by the National Archives and their genealogical value, where the regional offices are located and what they store, how to research online and in person, and why this is a valuable resource for genealogists and family historians.
This presentation will open new doors for those who have never ventured into these archives and provide a helpful review for all others who have dabbled in these records.
