We are in the process of digitizing the indexes in our entire collection of 25,000 books. As we add more indexes, you will eventually be able to search those all those Book Indexes.
Members may search this increasingly large collection of indexes by individual words. For example, one can search by Surname, Given name, Location, or anything else that could be in a book index.
The index is also organized in Categories by State, Country, type of book (e.g. MIL) so that searches may be restricted to those Categories.
Once an index is located in a search, it may be downloaded for viewing and reference. Included with the index, are the book cover and cover page so you can locate the exact book. Since the book is in our library, you may come to the library to see the book.
To search the Book Indexes, you can use the submenu or Search Indexes.
