This small group tour is designed for genealogists; non-researchers are welcome, too.
Please join the West Valley Genealogical Society for our annual trip to our nation's capitol, Washington DC!
It can be intimidating to attempt this on your own, but treasures await you in the vast resources that can be found in DC, so this is the perfect opportunity to explore.
Linda Swain will escorting family history researchers on her 17th annual trip to Washington, D.C., November 29th - December 7th. This trip is well worth the time and money. Do you have a spouse, relative or friend who is not a genealogist but would love to accompany you; there are opportunities for those people as well.
She organizes speakers and tours at the National Archives, Library of Congress, and the DAR Library.
The group will be in Washington D.C. for Pearl Harbor Day and during the time the White House is decorated for Christmas. Everyone who enters the White House must be screened prior to admittance. As this may take some time, please let her know prior to June 7th if you would like to take this tour.

The cost is $1365 pp double and $1925 single occupancy. This price includes airfare PHX to DC and hotel in addition to the onsite orientations and personalized help.
