Base Cost: 

$655 Sr. fare / $755 Adult fare - Includes estimated round trip airfare

             (double occupancy)

• Airfare cost cannot be firmed until tickets are actually purchased.  The amount will be adjusted to reflect airfare actually charged vs. estimate.

• Does not include R/T shuttle in Phoenix 

• Add $20 for R/T Shuttle from Salt Lake to hotel

• Add $325 for single occupancy room

• Non WVGS Member surcharge, add $35

Deposit $250 per person required with reservation.

• Final Payment Date:    Jan. 15, 2010
