Marsha Allen |
"Using Printed County Histories"
Marsha’s interest in
genealogy began when she visited grandparents and cousins and spent time
going through old photograph albums and reading their life’s stories.
After she was grown, she spent
one day a week with her mother, having her relate family stories so she
could write them down.
Marsha has spoken to several
genealogical societies in the area and has taught beginning classes to the
Family History Society of Arizona. |

“Daughters
of the King”
Bill will show us how to
put the meat on the bones of our ancestors. This talk is
about 1000 women who were encouraged by a dowry from the King of France to
come to Canada
and marry.
Though the talk deals
with Canadians, it is interesting to all ethnic groups.
Bill is the
Vice
president of the Societe des filles du roi et Sodats du Carignan, Inc (
daughters of the King and soldiers of the Carignan Regiment).
Author of two books and
regular contributor of articles to the Journal of the American Canadian
Genealogical Society.
Bill also serves on the Canadian
committee of the Mesa
Family History

Neal
Dushane
Neal is the founder and
current president of the Arizona Pioneer + Cemetery Research project.
He also founded the Mitchell County Pioneer Cemetery Restoration
Project in Iowa.
Neal now spends his spare time in cemeteries and riding his ATV.
