VISIT THE “BIG THREE” and MEET KEY PEOPLE WHO CAN HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR RESEARCH PROBLEMS

 

Four orientations introduce you to the unique resources:

  • 1. National Archives
  • 2. Library of Congress
  • 3. DAR Library.

 

 

After each orientation, you are free to pursue your personal research.

• Examine original military pension files & federal census schedules at the National Archives.

• Pinpoint ancestral homes, historic battlefields immigration routes anywhere in the world at the
Library of Congress (the largest collections of cartographic materials in the world.)

• Evaluate lineages & supporting documentation in member application files at the DAR Library.
